Dr Livia Ottisova, BA (Hons), MSc, DClinPsy, is a clinical psychologist and Trauma Lead with the Camden Psychological Therapies Service. She is responsible for the assessment, formulation and provision of psychological therapies for adults with a range of presenting problems, including depression, anxiety disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She also works as a clinical psychologist at the Helen Bamber Foundation where she is responsible for the psychological assessment and provision of trauma-focused therapy for survivors of human trafficking with PTSD.
Prior to training as a clinical psychologist, Dr Ottisova worked as the Head of Adult Services in Body & Soul, a large HIV charity in the UK, where she gained extensive experience in the planning and delivery of workshops and groups on a range of wellbeing topics including mindfulness and compassion, stress and relaxation workshops, sleep groups, and parenting workshops. Dr Ottisova works as a trainer, workshop facilitator and therapist at C&I Wellbeing. She has a long-standing commitment to providing evidence-based treatments to help clients overcome their difficulties and reconnect with meaning, purpose and fulfilment.
