Counselling

Counselling helps individuals to address difficulties in their life. Often, individuals seek counselling following a significant life event or transition. An example might be going to see a bereavement counsellor following the loss of a loved one.  Counsellors will encourage their clients to express their thoughts and feelings, with the aim of making sense, working through difficult feelings and helping them find ways to move forward.
