Emotional Eating

(Half day) This workshop will help you identify the links between how you feel and unhelpful eating habits, in the hope of developing a healthier relationship with food.  Using a range of strategies and techniques based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), we will share ways in which you can begin to tackle emotional eating.  This workshop can be extended to a full day if you want further information on eating disorders.
