Low Mood

(Half day) Many of us go through periods of low mood, or have experienced clinical depression.  This workshop is for people who want to understand their low mood better and learn what they can do to improve it.  Based on the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Model, we will focus on managing unhelpful thoughts and unhelpful behaviours that often accompany and maintain the low mood.
