Mindfulness Based Resilience Training

(3 x 2.5 hour sessions) This resilience course is designed to teach stress management techniques to equip participants with skills to cope with everyday life.  This is practised through a combination of mindfulness and values-based exercises which will help participants to connect to what is important to them.
