Stress Management

(Half or full day) Using the latest evidence-base for managing anxiety, we will show you how to recognise the signs and symptoms of stress, anxiety and low mood.  We will teach you some techniques for identifying these signs that will enable you to address them before they cause you significant problems.  If you are already experiencing stress, we will also share some CBT and mindfulness techniques to help you to manage these difficulties and feel more in control.
